After you have checked with us by e-mail or telephone for availability. If you would like to confirm a booking you will need to send this form to us (Fill out the form, print it, sign it & mail) indicating that you accept the terms and conditions and forward your $250.00 per week deposit check. Yes, I agree to accept these terms and conditions and I have checked with you that the required dates are available. I have enclosed my deposit check for $250.00 per week. I understand that this deposit is non refundable should I wish to cancel my booking.

I am required to pay the balance in full 8 weeks prior to my arrival. A $250 refundable security deposit (Credit Card thru Paypal or a Check) is due one week before my arrival date. I note that the security deposit will be refunded in full following a satisfactory check of the villa after departure.

Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be made in writing on the enclosed booking form and are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. The signing of the booking form confirms acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

1) A provisional booking date may be made by telephone and will be held for seven days pending receipt of a completed booking form and full deposit. The full payment for your stay is due within 10 weeks of departure.

2) A booking deposit of $250 per week is required with a completed booking form. The booking will be confirmed in writing within 14 days of receipt of that booking form and deposit.

3) Approximately 10 weeks prior to your departure, an invoice will be sent to you indicating the balance due. This is required to be paid not later than 8 WEEKS prior to the date booked. If payment has not been received by this time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost. All information relating to the villa and directions will be supplied at this time.

4) $250 refundable security deposit (Credit Card thru Paypal or a Check) is due one week before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded in full following a satisfactory check of the villa after departure. .

5) In the event of cancellation the following charges will normally apply:

More than 10 weeks ~ Loss of deposit

5-10 weeks prior ~ 50% of Rental charge

Less than 5 weeks ~ 100% of Rental charge

All cancellations must be made in writing. Every attempt will be made to assist in altering dates to suit.

6) It is recommended that the client and all members of his/her party are covered by adequate Holiday insurance. Neither the owner of the property nor servants or agents will be liable for loss or damage arising in connection with any matter outside of our reasonable control. The following list is not exhaustive but includes: Acts of God, Strikes, Plots/Political Unrest, War, Industrial Disputes, Failure of Public Services. Furthermore, neither the owner or servants or agents will accept liability for any injury howsoever caused to the client, any member of his/her party or visitor to the property as a result of the use of the pool. All clients are specifically required to supervise children in and around the pool. THERE ARE CHILD SAFETY ALARMS ON ALL DOORS LEADING TO THE POOL AREA, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE ALARMS BE SWITCHED OFF.

7) The leading name on the booking form must be over 21 years of age.

8) Clients may gain access to the property after 4.00pm upon arrival, and the property must be vacated by 11.00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged and agreed.

09) Only those persons named on the booking form are authorized to use the property. The Management Company reserves the right to evict any person unauthorized to stay in the home.

10) We regret no pets allowed.

11) Smoking is not permitted in the house.
